Folks,Over the holidays I had the opportunity to read Jasbir Singh Dhaliwal book on ‘Architectural Patterns and Techniques for Developing IoT Solutions’.Thank you Linda P.and the Packt team for sending me a copy for review and feedback.The book is very well organized and is true to the title, it is about IoT architecture patterns and developing IoT solutions. For me the initial take away was all the insightful patterns Jasbir went into throughout the book. The book is broken into four distinct parts, Understanding Patterns, Patterns in Action, Consideration of Implementation, and finally Extending IoT Solutions via Emerging Technologies.I found the section on IoT Patterns in action insightful as it discussed IoT pattern implementation in various domains such as Consumer, Smart Cities, Retail, Manufacturing and Agriculture.If you are interested in learning about IoT architecture patterns and solutions, I highly recommend reading this book.
