profits Associated Press ATLANTA Calling rising insurance costs of our biggest Gov Roy Barnes on Wednesday proposed creating a consumer advocate to fight for lower insurance rates Speaking to business leaders during the Georgia Chamber of annual Eggs and Issues breakfast Barnes accused insurance companies of raising premiums at the same time reporting substantial profits is unacceptable to me as a businessman and consumer much less as governor And I intend to put a stop to it for all of Barnes said want to make sure that premiums are Barnes is asking the Legisla ture to approve $337000 in his
